From Steel Plate to Finished Flange

Experience manufacturing step by step: the timeline shows the entire process – from material selection and cutting of a steel plate to the finished flange. 

1. Steel Plates Certified Materials from Qualified Suppliers High-quality stainless steel and carbon steel plates are selected according to the required material specifications.
2. Cutting Plate Cutting up to 150 mm Material Thickness The steel plates are processed into rings, blanks or strips using plasma or waterjet cutting technology.
3. Forming & Bending Ring Rolling up to Ø 10,000 mm The cut material is rolled and formed into the required ring shape to achieve the specified flange dimensions.
4. Welding Qualified Welding Procedures and Welding Personnel The ring ends are welded together to form a closed, robust flange blank.
5. Straightening Hydraulic Straightening Presses up to 400 Tons The welded ring is straightened and calibrated to ensure optimum roundness and dimensional accuracy.
6. Turning and Milling High-Precision CNC Machining Flange geometry, sealing faces and dimensions are precisely machined according to the required specifications.
7. Drilling Drilled to International Standards Bolt holes and additional machining operations are precisely carried out according to the applicable standard or customer drawing.
8. Quality Control Full Traceability and Inspection Every flange undergoes dimensional inspection, material verification and final quality control before delivery.
